Ensure store KPIs in your area are met or exceeded through efficient operations
Lead, coach, and organise the stockroom team to deliver speed, accuracy, and excellence
Ensure perfect product availability on the shop floor at all times
Manage Click & Collect orders, ensuring fast, accurate picking, packing, and handover to customers
Execute Ship-from-Store orders, including strict adherence to packing deadlines and quality standards
Oversee inbound deliveries, transfers, and returns with full accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with all inventory processes, loss prevention standards, and store operations procedures
Run and support inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy at all times
Collaborate closely with the sales floor team to drive seamless product flow and customer experience
Maintain a safe, structured, and high-performance working environment
Continuously improve stockroom processes to increase speed, productivity, and efficiency
Inspire and develop your team through coaching, feedback, and leadership by example
