Job Description

  • Take full ownership of the stockroom (warehouse, replenishment, and product flow)
  • Ensure store KPIs in your area are met or exceeded through efficient operations
  • Lead, coach, and organise the stockroom team to deliver speed, accuracy, and excellence
  • Ensure perfect product availability on the shop floor at all times
  • Manage Click & Collect orders, ensuring fast, accurate picking, packing, and handover to customers
  • Execute Ship-from-Store orders, including strict adherence to packing deadlines and quality standards
  • Oversee inbound deliveries, transfers, and returns with full accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all inventory processes, loss prevention standards, and store operations procedures
  • Run and support inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy at all times
  • Collaborate closely with the sales floor team to drive seamless product flow and customer experience
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and high-performance working environment
  • Continuously improve stockroom processes to increase speed, productivity, and efficiency
  • Inspire and develop your team through coaching, feedback, and leadership by example
