Job Description

  • Lead the Rebel Sport New Zealand account end‑to‑end, delivering net sales, profitability, and market share growth across strategic categories
  • Own full account P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and trade investment management
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with adidas New Zealand, Emerging Markets, and global priorities
  • Act as the primary senior contact for Rebel Sport New Zealand, building trusted, long‑term partnerships internally and externally
  • Lead sell‑in, ranging, and category assortment planning to drive strong commercial outcomes and in‑market execution
  • Drive omni‑channel growth across retail and eCommerce, including digital acceleration, content, and campaign delivery
  • Optimise sell‑through, pricing, inventory health, and consumer conversion using data and insights
  • Ensure operational excellence through accurate forecasting, order book health, and effective supply chain alignment
  • Manage and uphold all agreed trade terms and commercial agreements
  • Lead, coach, and develop the account team, fostering a high‑performance culture and strong cross‑functional collaboration
