Community Liaison
The community liaison is responsible for initiating and building community partnerships between local institutions and citizens to maintain outreach processes that systematically provide for the well-being of families through coordinating access to resources.

Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 2-3 hours a week
2. Participating in meetings/training: ASP will have monthly team meetings unless immediate concerns or event planning emerges. One-on-one meetings with the director depend on how fast the listed role and director can coordinate schedules.
Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Grow and manage new and existing relationships with the school district counselors, community organizations, local business, politicians etc. to acquire support and resources to expand proven practices that raise student achievements,
2. Assemble PowerPoint presentations for communities and businesses, introducing and highlighting adopt a school’s services and efforts.
4. Assists with the coordination of identifying school needs and prepares a plan of action to meet those needs.
3. Work and communicate effectively and proficiently with staff, students, parents/families and the
public in oral and written form. Track information concerning activities, opinions, and concerns.
4. Promote and share activities, workshops, and resources to partnership circles.
5. Prepare monthly/quarterly updates and analysis on targets and needs met. Provide suggestions and revisions to director as needed noting trends among schools served, programs implemented, and company resources.
