Knowledge and understanding in Metrology & Metallurgy aspects.
Experience in application of measurement principles for manufacturing & other processes.
Proficiency in manufacturing & machining processes.
Lead Engineering Change Requests, root-cause analysis and documentation updates. Ensure change traceability, risk assessment, and structured implementation.
Proficient in selection of materials for application / design requirements based on their behavior properties.
Proficiency in DFM/A design guidelines and application.

Guiding Patenting criteria & to manage the Intellectual Property (IP) generation of concept development.
