Solid experience with encoder technologies: absolute / incremental, magnetic / inductive / optical.
Engineering background in robotics, CNC, automation, motion control, mechatronics.
Experience in OEM B2B environments with ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
Ability to generate business, convert opportunities, and shape customer decisions.
Fluent in English and German written & spoken is a must; Polish or French will be a plus.
Effective communication with technical and commercial audiences.
Technical curiosity and problem‑solving mindset.
