Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and drive the Pulp & Paper growth strategy in alignment with company objectives. Collaborate across all SKF product lines—Seals, Lubrication, Services, and more—to deliver full portfolio value. Ensure seamless coordination across aftermarket, OES, and OEM channels to enhance our go to market model.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales teams, distribution partners, engineering, customer service, operations, finance, and external partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and ensure long term account success.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead or support strategic commercial discussions, contributing to proposals, pricing, and contract structures that advance long term growth with key accounts.
Voice of the Customer: Capture and translate customer insights into actionable improvements. Use customer scorecard metrics to elevate satisfaction and strengthen competitive positioning.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Maintain a focused, strategic sales funnel, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow up, and effective opportunity progression through closure.
