As Executive Manager, Finance Systems Design & Delivery, you will be accountable for establishing, governing and scaling a best-in-class Finance systems design and delivery capability that underpins IAG’s Finance Transformation agenda. Leading a specialist team of finance system, data and process experts, you will ensure technology enabled change across the enterprise consistently delivers strong finance outcomes aligned to strategic priorities. Operating across complex programs and projects, this senior leadership role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Transformation, requiring deep finance transformation expertise, strong delivery discipline and the ability to influence at Executive level within a complex, matrixed environment.  

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). 

What You'll Do 

• Own and lead the Group Finance system design and delivery capability within Finance Systems Enablement
• Ensure all technology outcomes align to Finance’s Strategic Capability Roadmap and enterprise priorities
• Build and embed a centre‑of‑expertise for Finance systems, data and process design across transformation initiatives
• Establish service delivery, demand management, governance frameworks and quality standards for Finance Systems Delivery
• Lead Finance’s partnership with Retail Enterprise Platform delivery teams, owning Finance outcomes across all releases
• Actively champion risk management, compliance, inclusion, and IAG values across delivery practices 

What You'll Bring 

• Extensive experience delivering medium to large‑scale, technology‑enabled finance transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in Finance systems, Finance data flows and financial reporting frameworks
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end project delivery lifecycle, business analysis and process design methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma)
• Demonstrated senior‑level stakeholder management and influence in complex, matrix environments
• Advanced commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business impacts of operational decisions
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance; project delivery or business analysis certifications preferred
