We’re looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Hub Services team and play a key role in the ongoing development and evolution of our ServiceNow platform.
In this role, you’ll lead the design, development and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions that support critical Hub operations. You’ll bring strong hands‑on technical expertise and help uplift team capability through coaching, code reviews and best‑practice development standards.
Your work will directly influence the stability, performance and future growth of the ServiceNow platform, delivering secure, scalable and user‑centric outcomes across the organisation.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), with other IAG locations considered.
Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration and development of ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Support platform architecture, governance and technical standards, including upgrades and environment management.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews and development guidance.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Drive continuous optimisation and automation across the ServiceNow platform.
Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako | What You'll Bring
- Senior‑level experience with the ServiceNow platform, operating at a senior configuration and development level.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting and design (client and server‑side).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Experience working with the Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
