What You Will Do:

  • Ensure all material is processed efficiently during the pick pack ship process
  • Investigate and resolve any errors and/or inconsistencies between database and physical inventory
  • Apply CORE, lean, and other continuous improvement techniques to audit and revise process and/or Standard Work
  • Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they are understood and followed
  • Report out on KPI and performance metrics

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse shop floor environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience monitoring and reporting on metrics and KPI’s
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Power BI experience is a plus, but not required


Pay Range: $28.37/hour – $30.53/hour


Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Ability to distinguish color codes and part markings.

 

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.

 

Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
