What You will Do: 

  • Center Manager is delivery leader for the center – focused on specific region(s) for client(s) account
  • Responsible for Center Delivery Team, Client Interactions and Relations , CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) ,Internal Leadership communication , ESAT(Employee Satisfaction ) and QSAT ( Business Objectives) 
  • Closely works with Relationship Manager and Delivery teams 
  • Responsible for Contribution Margin for The center 
  • Responsible for Delivery led growth 
  • Co Responsible for overall revenue growth in VBU (Virtual Business Unit – comprised of multiple client accounts )
  • Over all responsible for Project and Program Quality , Cost and Schedule targets for all programs and projects under the center 
  • Ensure operational efficiency and optimum resource utilization in the delivery of projects and monitor and control yield and utilization.
  • Identify and adhere to quality and technical standards in the delivery of projects of the Centre
  • Appraise and coach / mentor / train team members (as necessary ) to improve their performance and develop their competencies, establishes succession plans and uninterrupted service delivery to client 
  • Comply with all Quest Global policies and relative timelines.
  • Adhere to process timelines in recruitment and performance management.
  • Manage and extend existing customer relationships to acquire new projects for the Centre.
  • Key success factors -- Excellent relationship building within team and with clients , demonstrating growth mindset , excellent say/do ratio

Pay Range: $100,000-$120,000 per year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Erie, PA.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 20% of travel is required.
