[Key Responsibilities]
Deep dive in the NBD areas inside the existing customers (KHI, MHI or IHI) in the domain and service area as per A&D vertical’s focus for FY27 such as E2E NCM, Shipp building, MRO, Aero structures, Interiors etc. Every NBD lead need to be discussed with VBU leaders to prioritize, and agree on the approach. Mode of delivery could be any of onsite/offshore/staffing/local-global with strategic alignment.
[Steps to be followed]
- NBD selection & Prioritization, and agree on the approach
- Understand the customer and their outsourcing appetite, what are the current/future problem statements as we understand from external sources
- Contact plan creation
- Capability selling using QG SMEs
- Capturing customer problems through VoC
- Propose solutions/RFQ
