Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking an experienced pest control technician to work specifically in Boston’s Chinatown area. Braman has been a leading pest management provider in Chinatown for more than 35 years, servicing one of the most densely populated and challenging pest environments in the city. This route regularly involves complex issues with mice, rats, roaches, and flies, requiring strong problem-solving abilities, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
We are seeking a motivated technician with approximately 5+ years of pest control experience and the proper Massachusetts pesticide licenses and certifications to independently handle a wide range of treatment methods, products, and equipment. Compensation for this position reflects the high level of experience, professionalism, communication skills, and technical ability required to successfully service the Chinatown area.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Determining the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest.
- Advising customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate identified pests.
- Inspecting customers’ premises to identify pest problems.
- Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job.
- Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
- Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
- Responding to customers’ requests for various pest control services.
- Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products.
- Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.

Pay Range: $27 - $29 per hour
