Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 5-15 Applications/Systems

  • Define and manage Solution/sub-domain specific architecture standards, principles, and policies aligned with enterprise standards

  • Participate in the development and execution of MOL Group Business and IT strategy in his/her sub-domain.

  • Make architecture recommendations within agreed-upon standards and conceptual designs.

  • Actively update and manage repositories containing detailed architecture designs and related artifacts.

  • Maintains contemporary knowledge of IT solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area and strives to apply these in their job

  • Ensure detailed architecture design for projects, providing comprehensive documentation and guidance

  • Perform technical analysis and design of IT systems and interfaces during SG2&3 assessments in collaboration with the relevant Domain/Enterprise Architect.

  • Define architecture artifacts within BRD/IPP (including SAMU updates, data entity inventories, etc.). (BRD: Business Requirements Document; IPP: Individual Project Proposal; SAMU: Application and Infrastructure Catalogue)

  • Create documentation and visual representation of the end-to-end solution architecture.

  • Provide deep solution-level understanding and oversee the solution design process.

  • As a solution responsible involve, coordinate and cooperate with IT Product Teams (Product Owner/IT Product Team Lead and any other IT expert) to ensure projects are delivered within deadline, in the best quality, taking Business and IT requirements into consideration.

  • Manage professional execution of solution design, support implementation & unit testing activities, and handover of the solution to Consumer and Card Operation team.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Solutions and his/her sub-domain’s IT landscape

  • Contribute innovative ideas and perspectives to implement new technologies, solutions and platforms, provide appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.

  • Supervise vendors and external partners to ensure the realization of architecture within agreed standards and conceptual designs.

  • Take quality check on the materials delivered by suppliers (E.g..: detailed design, data model, HW solutions, rollout plans, test scenarios, test scripts and test plans)

  • Responsible to draw attention to every found risk, issue and any other problem and contribute to mitigate/solve them to minimize all the negative effect on the project, product development or on the company.

Main requirements:

  • University degree with specialization in the relevant Business or IT domain

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of professional experience in architecture-related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture and project implementation.

  • Exposure to various architecture subtypes such as Application, Data, Infrastructure, Network, Integration, or Security.

  • Familiarity with managing architecture within project documentation processes like BRD/IPP.

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as TOGAF, C4, DAMA, ITIL, APQC, UML, and others.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong ownership mentality

  • Openness to diverse cultures and working in a multinational environment

  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth

  • Driver license
