The Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process invoices into computer system
- Open mail daily
- Process checks requests, garnishments, and tax payments ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees, and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
- Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Good organizational and verbal skills
- computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Office programs (including Outlook, Work, and Excel)
- Must be flexible and have a reliable means of transportation
- Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work
- May be required to lift up to 30 lbs
- Prolonged sitting periods at a desk and working on a computer
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience required
Pay and Benefits:
$20.00/hour to $23.00/hour, depending on education and experience.
