Designing grade control drilling programs for short- and medium-term planning requirements.
Scheduling and coordinating grade control drilling activities, ensuring that all activities maintain a high level of safety and sample QAQC.
Geological mapping and interpretation.
Validation and analysis of QAQC data relating to drilling, sampling and assaying. Ensuring high quality sampling and lab protocols are upheld.
Interrogation of grade control models for mine reconciliations through mine block generation.
Contribute to short- and medium-term mining schedules and co-ordination of material movement and crusher feed with the Mining Alliance partners.
Assist in stockpile management, mine to mill and resource reconciliations.
Liaising with external contractors on a daily and weekly basis.
Deep understanding of blast movement technologies to assist the mining team with material movement.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operation by constructively identifying opportunities and testing solutions.
