Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN for our night shift team at the Troup County Jail in Georgia. This is a role for nurses who stay steady under pressure, think critically, and want their work to matter every single shift.

Job Description

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you will:

• Deliver direct patient care and medication administration
• Conduct nursing assessments and intake screenings
• Assist with emergency response and triage situations
• Monitor chronic care patients and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
• Collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and correctional staff
• Help create a safe, professional, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work in a secure correctional environment
• Previous correctional, long-term care, ER, or behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required
