Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | Alternating Weekends

Job Description
As the LPN Medical Team Administrator, you’ll oversee day-to-day nursing operations while helping ensure quality patient care, strong team communication, and compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies.
This role blends leadership, patient advocacy, clinical knowledge, and operational coordination into one meaningful career opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support nursing staff in daily clinical operations
- Coordinate patient care and treatment services
- Partner with providers and facility leadership to maintain efficient healthcare delivery
- Help maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and nursing standards
- Monitor documentation, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Respond to clinical situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Correctional healthcare or supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- A nurse who leads with integrity, professionalism, and heart
