Job Description
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Receive and process customer orders accurately, from initiation to delivery.
- Input all relevant order information into internal systems in a timely and precise manner.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate shipping and delivery updates to clients.
- Track payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and take steps to minimize overdue debt.
- Ensure proper receipt and processing of demurrages, investigate root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Analyze operational challenges, propose corrective actions, and work toward long-term solutions.
- Actively suggest ways to enhance customer care processes and improve service quality
