Advise on legal risk assessment and mitigation, including contract risk, regulatory considerations, and cross-border commercial issues.
Partners with commercial leadership to support go-to-market strategies, pricing and contracting models, distributor arrangements, and strategic initiatives.
Supports US healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including issues relating to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, anti-kickback statutes, the False Claims Act, and applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.
Supports corporate governance matters for Wellspect’s legal entities, including maintenance of corporate records, subsidiary management, and coordination with Corporate Legal on governance initiatives.
Builds strong cross-functional relationships and maintain a working understanding of Wellspect's products, customers, and market environment.
Supports the development, improvement, and implementation of legal processes, templates, and standards to drive efficiency and consistency.
Manages and coordinates external counsel and other advisors as needed.
