
Business Technology Analyst/Associate Business Technology Analyst
Job Description
The Business Technology Analyst will serve as a key liaison between the Finance (CFO) organization and IT, supporting critical SAP platforms and integrated financial systems. This role is responsible for ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment of SAP solutions that support core finance functions.
The ideal candidate combines strong SAP functional knowledge with business process expertise, enabling them to translate Finance requirements into scalable, compliant, and efficient technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SAP & Finance Systems Support
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP modules supporting the CFO organization (FI/CO, AP, AR, Treasury).
- Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure minimal disruption to critical financial operations.
- Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to Finance stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions and enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process design, and solution validation with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with finance policies, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.
Project Delivery & Enhancements
- Support SAP-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing (unit, integration, UAT), and support deployments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, automation, and accuracy.
