INTERNSHIP POSITION OVERVIEW: The 2026 Corporate Citizen & Inclusion (CC&I) intern will provide support and coordination for employee giving, employee volunteerism, inclusion, and sustainability programming in line with the Corporate Citizenship & Inclusion strategy.
The internship will allow RGA to conduct CC&I programs more efficiently with leadership provided by the intern. Second, RGA will be able to much more quickly and efficiently respond to internal and external stakeholders with accurate, complete information on RGA’s programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Collaboration with other interns to accomplish tasks as assigned
Lead employee volunteerism projects
Compile information on RGA CC&I activities
Help design employee facing software tools and presentations
Assist in sustainability efforts
Projects as assigned with completion according to instructions.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS FOR SUCCESS:
Critical thinking skills
Typing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills as needed
Willingness and desire to learn and ask questions.
Communicate ideas verbally.
Show up for work during scheduled hours.
Receive feedback and adapt to changes.
Pursuing studies in Communications, Political Science, Sustainability, Education, or related Humanities.
