Our International Graduate Program is designed to shape the next generation of leaders across our entire value chain — from R D innovation to manufacturing excellence, supply chain, performance, commercial operations, digital transformation, and corporate support functions. Over 2 years, you’ll complete two strategic missions — one of them abroad — giving you hands‑on responsibility in different teams, countries, and environments. You’ll take part in two annual bootcamps with your global cohort, focused on intensive training, workshops, development of business acumen and coaching. The department drives the development and adoption of AIenabled solutions, supports data readiness, and helps teams experiment safely with emerging technologies. You will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, IT/Data Engineering, and Digital AI teams to identify highvalue opportunities, build fast proofsofconcept, and evolve them into trusted pilots that can scale across Ceva. If you're passionate about how AI can change the way organizations operate—and you're ready to ship what you imagine while maintaining the highest standards of security, reliability, and ethical use—this role is designed for you. Location: This role includes rotations across two locations – a starting site in Budapest, Hungary and a host site for 1 year in France.
