Quality Inspector

You will visually inspect parts to ensure they are correct to the customers drawing and identify any anomalies Further you will be responsible for inspecting critical and sensitive aerospace parts Understand the inspection priorities within the department to meet production requirements and targets is required in this role In addition you will ensure the paperwork is correct, confirming the customer drawing and the drawing issue status is correct Ensure process documents (OIS) are to the correct issue and the contract review has been carried out correctly You will review the areas to be coated and calculate the thickness required using the Process Document (PD) and customer drawing Check completed parts to customer drawing, job router and PD requirements When required, raise NCRs (non-conformance reports), inform appropriate departments and raise endorsements on outgoing paperwork
