Job Description

  • Operate multi-line telephone system to relay incoming and interoffice calls.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, or relays messages. Good Oral Communication skills.
  • Greets and registers visitors informs employees of the visitor's arrival and directs visitors to appropriate meeting room.
  • Daily administrative tasks 
  • Collaborate with different departments for various projects 
  • Collects and distributes mail
  • Schedules meetings and arranges for conference rooms or makes other logistical arrangements as required. 
  • May perform occasional clerical duties, such as data entry, or photocopying.
  • Maintain a clean and neat reception area.
