Job Description

  • Hold operational and P&L accountability of free-standing Restaurants, ensuring sustained business performance, adherence to Group standards, and long-term financial sustainability, while maintaining alignment with Peninsula Hotels where relevant.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all third-party partnerships within Peninsula Hotels, support the successful integration of selected concepts and ensure alignment with contractual obligations, brand standards, and governance frameworks, while delivering a seamless guest experience consistent with Peninsula positioning.
  • Supports the development of new F&B business opportunities across Private Clubs, Free Standing Restaurants, and Hotels, through due diligence, and concept development.
  • Execute and integrate selected F&B concepts into Peninsula Hotels through close collaboration with the Vice President F&B, Group Brand, and Operations leadership teams from pre-opening through stabilisation.
  • Design, implement, and uphold robust governance and control frameworks across all operating entities, ensuring compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Drive commercial excellence, while ensuring each concept delivers a differentiated and high-quality guest experience. Build and sustain a high-performance culture across all operations through strong leadership, talent development, succession planning, and disciplined performance management, reporting, and administrative oversight.
