Serve as the primary liaison for all third-party partnerships within Peninsula Hotels, support the successful integration of selected concepts and ensure alignment with contractual obligations, brand standards, and governance frameworks, while delivering a seamless guest experience consistent with Peninsula positioning.
Supports the development of new F&B business opportunities across Private Clubs, Free Standing Restaurants, and Hotels, through due diligence, and concept development.
Execute and integrate selected F&B concepts into Peninsula Hotels through close collaboration with the Vice President F&B, Group Brand, and Operations leadership teams from pre-opening through stabilisation.
Design, implement, and uphold robust governance and control frameworks across all operating entities, ensuring compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Drive commercial excellence, while ensuring each concept delivers a differentiated and high-quality guest experience. Build and sustain a high-performance culture across all operations through strong leadership, talent development, succession planning, and disciplined performance management, reporting, and administrative oversight.
