Job Description
Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests
Understand and follow the sequence of service standards.
Understand the menus and all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and appropriate style of service.
Ensure usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment.
Utilize the POS system.
Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant, and public area and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.
Flexible to work in any areas of Food and Beverage as required.
