Bring your talent, creativity and passion for visual communication into play. We are looking for a student worker to support our team in designing engaging and user-friendly visual communication materials for projects that impact the employee experience at the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
- Co-create visually compelling communication materials for internal channels targeting our colleagues, including SharePoint sites and other digital or physical touchpoints.
- Interpret and apply our LEGO brand identity and guidelines in line with our Master Brand and Colleague Experience Brand.
- Design impactful presentations and templates in PowerPoint that colleagues can use and customize.
- Consolidate and oversee our visual asset bank, ensuring a well-organized and accessible repository for our team.
- Assist on projects and ad-hoc tasks in our broader team to continually enable colleagues to understand and engage with information and communication.
- Spar and collaborate closely with our Employee Experience Creator on tasks and responsibilities.

You will join the Employee Experience & Engagement team in the broader context of Global Rewards within the People, Places & Culture organisation. Here, you’ll play a key part in enhancing the total rewards experience for our colleagues, helping us bring subjects such as hybrid working, employee benefits, bonus programs, and other reward topics to life – thus supporting the overall employee attraction and retainment at the LEGO Group.
Your support on creating visuals, shaping user journeys and mobilizing our internal brand will make a big difference to our final communication and engagement products in this exciting and important area, and you can expect to collaborate with many people across the organization in your work. Always with sparring and guidance from your close team members, especially our Employee Experience Creator.
In Employee Experience & Engagement, we are a dynamic and collaborative team with diverse backgrounds and expertise. This includes areas such as HR, social sciences, communication, design thinking, and project management. We are excited to add your creativity and imagination to our ways of working and to welcome a new member to our truly global team. In this role, you can expect to have a lot of fun and explore many different tasks in visual communication.
Do you have what it takes?
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree (5-6 semester) or have started your master’s degree in Communication Design, Marketing, Brand Management, or another design or communication-related field of study at a Danish University or Business School.
- You are passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in translating complex information and concepts into compelling visuals.
- You have interest in shaping the employee experience by applying end-user perspectives on behalf of different target audiences, for instance colleagues, leaders, partners and other stakeholders.
- You can write and communicate well in English.
- You are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). You also have technical flair and a good basis for working in SharePoint.
- You have a positive team spirit and thrive in a collaborative team environment, where we balance creative and operational tasks, and where we succeed and grow together.
- You can work indepently and manage your time effectively.
- You are available to work up to 15 hours per week or more, including at leastone day from our Headquarters in Billund.
