Job Description

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development is required, a CIPD certification is preferred.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specializing in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Experience in a multi-country or regional structure is highly preferred.
  • You are proficient in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors and the Google Workspace.
  • You possess strong public speaking and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual. You must be fluent in English; knowledge of a relevant Nordic language is a plus.
  • You are comfortable challenging and influencing senior leaders regarding talent decisions and have a knack for analyzing talent data to identify retention risks.
