What you’ll be doing Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Support Sales Engineers: Assist sales engineers by setting up meetings with prospective customers and providing them with necessary information and support.[SH1] Market Research: stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs[SH2]. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies.[SH3] Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve services, and sales processes. Training and Development: Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services, as well as sales techniques and industry best practices.[SH4] Sales Engineer Support: Proactively support Sales Engineers in managing repeat business and straightforward new orders through professional service, enhancing customer loyalty and solidifying market share. Assist in scheduling meetings with potential customers and provide necessary information and technical support. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Quotation Order Processing:Assist Sales Engineers with routine quotation and order processing, including CRM order entry, BPM contract approval workflows, and payment follow-up to ensure smooth business closure. Proactive Follow-up: Conduct regular reviews with key accounts, gather customer feedback, and provide value-added insights to Sales Engineers, transforming reactive service into proactive strategic support. Sales Reporting: Accurately maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system to support data-driven decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams, technical after-sales teams, customer service, and production departments to ensure precise responses to customer needs and drive collective business growth. Training Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of our products, life science applications, as well as sales techniques and industry best practices. Leverage professional expertise to identify customer needs during interactions, recognize new business opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Engineers to convert them successfully.
