THE POSITION


The Site Security and Audit Coordinator is responsible for the structured protection, oversight and assurance of FIFA assets and safety and security delivery at stadium level for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™.

The role develops and implements patrimonial security and asset protection plans, establishes 24/7 security protocols during the Exclusive Use Period (EUP), and ensures that deployed security resources and stewarding operations are transparent, verifiable and compliant with FIFA regulations and contractual agreements.

The position safeguards both operational integrity and financial accountability by managing deployment information, maintaining the stadium “Blue Book,” hosting and validating event stewarding information, and conducting audits and compliance checks throughout tournament operations.

• Develop patrimonial security and asset protection plans for FIFA assets at each stadium, including overlay, branding, broadcast and restricted operational areas
• Define and implement 24/7 security protocols during the Exclusive Use Period (EUP), ensuring continuous protection of FIFA property and sensitive areas
• Establish and monitor robust perimeter control, access control and asset safeguarding measures aligned with risk assessments and FIFA standards
• Manage deployment information for each stadium, including security staffing levels, steward allocations and shift structures
• Hold, manage and continuously update the official stadium “Blue Book,” ensuring accuracy and structured sharing with relevant functional areas (e.g. Finance, Operations)
• Host and maintain event stewarding information, ensuring that stewarding numbers, roles, qualifications and deployment models are clearly documented and validated
• Develop, maintain and regularly update detailed dot plans reflecting security and steward deployment positions, resource allocations and operational coverage at stadium level
• Prepare daily verification protocols for each day of the Exclusive Use Period to ensure that supplier invoices correspond to actual deployed security and stewarding resources
• Verify installation, attendance and deployment reports against contractual requirements and approved resource plans
• Identify discrepancies in deployment or billing and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Arrange for and/or conduct structured audits, inspections and compliance checks during tournament time
• Assess compliance with FIFA Stadium Safety & Security Regulations, operational policies and contractual obligations
• Provide structured audit reports and assurance updates to the Senior Manager, Stadiums
• Support the Senior Manager, Stadiums with related administrative tasks, documentation control and reporting requirements
• Contribute to the drafting, review and maintenance of relevant policies and procedures relating to asset protection, deployment governance and stadium-level security operations
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support continuous improvement of asset protection and deployment governance processes
• Support operational readiness validation prior to each EUP phase and matchday


YOUR PROFILE

Education
• University degree or higher qualification in security management, risk management, business administration, audit, finance, data management or a related field

Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in physical security, asset protection, compliance, deployment governance or venue security operations
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale operational deployment data or similar
• Proven experience conducting audits, inspections or compliance reviews in multi-site or major event settings
• Experience verifying operational resource allocation against contractual and financial documentation
• Experience working with private security suppliers, stewarding providers and venue operators
Skills & Competencies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas and structured data management
• Experience using macros and/or VBA to automate and manage large datasets desirable
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to design and maintain deployment tracking and verification systems
• Structured reporting capability for senior management
• High integrity when handling sensitive operational and financial information
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced IT proficiency including MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word
Certifications & Requirements
• Right to live and work in Brazil
• Willingness to travel nationally and work extended hours during tournament periods
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written); working knowledge of English is essential
