Job Description
The Manager, DevOps Capability is accountable for designing, implementing and maturing the enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps capability to enable secure, reliable and efficient technology delivery.
This role leads the adoption of modern engineering practices, automation and continuous delivery frameworks across technology teams, embedding DevOps and DevSecOps end-to-end into delivery pipelines. Working collaboratively with engineering, platform teams, security, infrastructure and delivery teams, this role ensures technology services are delivered with improved speed, quality, resilience and security while supporting enterprise transformation.
