Engineering Manager - Quality Engineering

Lead and establish a high-performing Quality Engineering capability across icare by embedding modern, automation-first testing practices that ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, secure, and high-quality software.

The Engineering Manager – Quality Engineering is accountable for defining and executing the end-to-end quality engineering strategy, driving the adoption of engineering-led testing practices, and uplifting organisational capability across test automation, non-functional testing, and AI-enabled quality engineering.

This role ensures that quality is built into every stage of the software delivery lifecycle by integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, enforcing standards and governance, and enabling consistent and measurable quality outcomes across platforms and delivery squads. Working in close partnership with the Head of Technology Platforms, Engineering, and Delivery teams, the role drives a strategic shift from manual, siloed testing approaches to a modern, continuous testing and DevOps-aligned model.
