Head of Technology - Workforce & Operations

The primary purpose of the Head of Technology Workforce & Operations role is to lead and optimise the Technology function’s workforce strategy and operations by enabling scalable and flexible managing supply and demand across the entire workforce, resourcing models that align capability, capacity, and delivery outcomes to organisational priorities. Through the establishment of robust workforce planning frameworks, governance, and resourcing models, the role ensures alignment between delivery pipelines, capability needs and resource availability. The role plays a critical part in enabling effective delivery execution by supporting agile and product-based operating models with adaptable workforce structures. This role ensures the Technology function is equipped with the right skills, structures, and governance to support efficient, high-quality delivery.
