Head of Technology Delivery - Workers Compensation

The primary purpose of the Head of Technology Delivery role is to own, lead and ensure the successful delivery of all technology initiatives associated with one of three scheme-aligned portfolios.

Partnering as a peer with business leaders in a “2-in-the-box” model, this role provides technology leadership, driving end-to-end execution of scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions for those we serve.

This role is accountable for translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and delivering high-quality outcomes through aligned, agile teams, ensuring strong governance, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and the achievement of business objectives.
