Head of Technology - Strategic Planning

The Head of Technology Strategic Planning is accountable for leading integrated financial, operational, and strategic planning across the Technology function. This role ensures alignment between workforce capacity, financial investment, and delivery priorities by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, workforce and operational reporting, and governance processes. Acting as a central coordination point, the role drives enterprise-wide visibility of technology performance, enabling informed decision-making through high-quality financial and operational insights. It partners closely with technology, delivery, and finance leaders to optimise resource allocation, support investment prioritisation, and ensure sustainable delivery outcomes aligned to organisational strategy. Additionally, the role leads planning governance, reporting, and workflow enablement, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant operations while supporting executive-level reporting and strategic planning activities.
