Job Description
Our mission—to provide solutions for better living—guides us every day and reminds us of the positive impact our work has on the lives of tens of thousands of New Zealanders each year. We offer a comprehensive range of disability and rehabilitation equipment, housing modifications, and support services that empower people to live fuller, more independent lives.
About the role
We’re excited to introduce a newly established opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled Team Leader to join our Field Services team.
Reporting to the Field Services Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated group of field-based technicians who specialise in the maintenance and repair of disability equipment. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire, guide, and support your team will be key to delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Your primary focus will be coaching, mentoring, and empowering an experienced team to consistently perform at their best. You will play an important role in driving continuous improvement across the team—identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resolving technical equipment issues, and proactively responding to client needs.
Building strong relationships comes naturally to you. You will engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and practical technical advice. Working collaboratively with our Learning & Quality Manager and wider teams, you will help strengthen technical capability, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to ongoing operational excellence across Field Services.
Passionate about quality and service, you will ensure our technicians are well supported and equipped to represent Accessable to the highest standard while working in the field.
