We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Senior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. Key Responsibilities
· Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, employee referrals, and other sourcing platforms.
· Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to passive candidates to build strong and sustainable talent pipelines.
· Screen and evaluate candidates against job requirements, assessing skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit.
· Present and submit qualified candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
· Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within recruitment systems and databases.
· Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and a seamless experience.
· Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate availability, market intelligence, and recruitment progress.
· Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience through professional and responsive interactions.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience (negotiable based on expertise and track record).
· Proven experience recruiting for the US market.
· Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, and other recruitment platforms.
· Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging hard-to-find and passive candidates.
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality and accountability.
Preferred Experience
· Experience working within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), staffing agencies, executive search firms, or contingent recruitment environments.
· Background in placement-based recruitment models.
· Recruitment experience supporting life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or related industries.
· Understanding of labor market trends and talent landscapes across the US region.
