Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Mid-Level PHP Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will work primarily with pure PHP 8+ to build, maintain, and improve backend systems and web applications. You should be comfortable writing clean, efficient, and scalable code without relying heavily on full-stack frameworks.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, backend architecture, and writing modern PHP applications using best practices and object-oriented programming principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using pure PHP 8+
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Design and implement backend APIs and business logic
- Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Improve application performance, security, and scalability
- Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions
- Maintain and update existing legacy PHP systems when required
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional PHP development experience
- Strong knowledge of PHP 8+ and modern PHP practices
- Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP
- Experience debugging and profiling PHP applications
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
