About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key leadership role within the Culinary team, taking ownership of your section and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a safe and well-organized environment.

What you will do

 

Culinary Craftsmanship / 調理技術と品質

  • Prepare and present dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency in line with Four Seasons standards
  • Oversee mise en place and ensure seamless execution across all meal periods
  • Maintain strict control of quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Anticipate needs and prepare proactively while minimizing waste

  • Train, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve excellence

What you bring

 

Experience & Expertise / 経験・専門性

  • Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen
  • Advanced culinary knowledge and refined technical skills
  • Previous supervisory experience is an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Schedule & Hours:

40 working hours per week.

10 days off every month except February (9 days
