Job Description
Mayvin is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to provide comprehensive program scheduling and assessment support to a complex Army program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role develops and maintains logic based program schedules across the full lifecycle of Army programs and systems, ensuring compliance with PEO MS Guidance and alignment with Government and OEM contractor deliverables.
This position is pending contract award.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules, including detailed logic based networks, in accordance with PEO MS Guidance
- Assess Government and OEM contractor schedules for alignment with contractual milestones, program objectives, and known schedule driven events
- Conduct critical path analysis on both contractor and Government schedules to identify schedule drivers, constraints, and risks
- Perform schedule risk assessments for new and existing schedules, including updates associated with software development and hardware system lifecycle activities
- Apply advanced schedule assessment techniques to evaluate schedule integrity, quality, and feasibility across all program phases
- Evaluate and utilize COTS scheduling and assessment tools to enhance schedule accuracy, program insight, and decision making effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of Maintenance Engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Army program offices or PEO level organizations, particularly within acquisition or lifecycle management environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with advanced scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Deltek Open Plan, Acumen Fuse, or Acumen Risk.
