Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume Recruitments) to join us at Telia. I’m Jolita Surgutanovienė, Head of Talent Acquisition Team in Baltics, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re an international, forward‑thinking team located in Lithuania, Sweden, Finland and Estonia, dedicated to delivering excellence in every interaction for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Recruiters while driving Telia’s strategic goals.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll coordinate high-volume and entry-level recruitment processes across multiple countries while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience through strong organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate high-volume and entry-level recruitment processes across different countries
• Support Hiring Managers and stakeholders with recruitment-related operational tasks, systems, and process questions
• Contribute to improvements and simplification initiatives within Talent Acquisition processes and tools
• Participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and develop expertise in recruitment systems and candidate management tools

You are a curious, proactive, and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and adapts easily to change.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to work effectively in a large, complex organization
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with Workday and working in a corporate or international environment is considered an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position – 2120 – 3180 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
