Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Define the product strategy, manage the roadmap to achieve business objectives.
Control and manage product development process for time to market.
Deliver products with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Work with external third parties or vendors to assess partnerships and business opportunities.
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
Be an expert with respect to the competition.
Act as a leader within the company.
Product promotion, create communication kit for sales and marketing.

Minimum of 3~5 years experience as a Product Manager or motherboard designer
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
5+ years of experience in a job in the PC/Server market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor or Master’s degree (EE preferred)
Technical background, with experience in OEM/ODM project support
Excellent teamwork skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
