Your responsibilities
- You will lead the Tissue Machine Service Operation team across China and APAC, guiding performance, capability development, and operational excellence.
- You will manage project delivery end-to-end, coordinating customers, suppliers, internal teams, and global units to ensure schedules, quality, and cost targets are met.
- You will act as the main customer contact, handling service quality claims, driving solutions, and ensuring strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- You will oversee cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency, improving competitiveness and minimizing risks.
- You will collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, optimize service delivery, and support business growth.
Expectations for you
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in tissue paper machinery or large tissue mill environments.
- You have leadership or management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
- You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English, verbally and in writing.
- You work independently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
