Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Process and validate PO and non-PO invoices, including VAT and withholding tax calculations.
- Ensure supplier documentation complies with local legal and tax requirements.
- Manage vendor payments by scheduling and executing payment runs.
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve finance-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide high-quality service to stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, escalating when necessary, and support incident resolution.
- Support P2P operations, drive process improvements, and optimize payment processes.
- Lead or contribute to AP-related projects, ensure policy compliance, support audits, and maintain cross-functional collaboration (procurement, logistics, customer service), while mentoring team members.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and processes
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive, can-do mindset and team-oriented approach
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with SAP and Business Warehouse systems
- Study abroad background is highly preferred
- Knowledge of additional languages and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
