Where You’ll Make a Difference
Manage and monitor end-to-end import and export operations
Analyze processes and provide data-driven insights to resolve operational challenges
Drive initiatives for cost optimization, timely delivery, and product quality
Ensure compliance by preparing and validating legal and regulatory documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, agents, and shipping partners for smooth execution
Track shipment movement and support clearance and release activities
Stay updated on customs regulations and international trade procedures
Prepare shipment documentation for accounting, audits, and exchange brokers.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Strong understanding of import/export processes and global trade compliance
Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and international logistics
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers)
Analytical mindset to identify and solve operational issues
Attention to detail in documentation and regulatory compliance
Good communication skills for supplier and partner interactions (phone/email)
Experience in cost optimization and process improvement
How Would You Stand Out
Hands-on experience working with global suppliers and freight forwarders
Knowledge of evolving customs regulations and trade compliance frameworks
Ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Strong tracking and reporting capabilities for shipment visibility
Experience in handling audits, documentation checks, and compliance reviews.

Hands-on experience working with global suppliers and freight forwarders
Knowledge of evolving customs regulations and trade compliance frameworks
Ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
