Accounting Analyst with Italian Language (OTC Billing)

Key areas of responsibility

• Perform billing activities: single and massive invoicing based on ART&MIS requests (Italian & foreign & intercompany customers), semiautomatic invoicing, AR accruals postings including intercompany
• Master data - Inserting request for new code/ modify code, unlocking codes/ sales area opening,
• All documents should be issued according to established procedures and in agreed time frames,
• Perform month end closing activities accurately and on time, preparing accruals,
• SLA assurance,
• Communicate with internal customers, business unit, as required to ensure accurate query resolution,
• Comply with all AR policies and procedures,
• Research, analyze and resolve day-to-day operational issues,
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities,
• Maintain an updated and approved process documentation.
   

Knowledge & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in OTC,
• Professional level of English language (B2 level preferable), Italian language would be an asset,
• MS Office (Excel) skills,
• Good analytical and multitasking skills,
• Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience,
• High motivation, proactiveness and flexibility,
• Teamwork & communication skills.
