WHAT'S THE ROLE
The primary function of the role is adapting the commercial and company strategy into solid end to end marketing plans for the full North cluster (Cayman, Antigua, Anguilla, BVI, Turks & Caicos, St Kitts, Eastern Caribbean) for B2C and B2B
- Define the marketing priorities, strategies and budget allocation in alignment with the revenue growth targets
- Support the commercial objectives with marketing programmes that drive Fixed or Mobile market share and revenue objectives. As well as creating and implementing local tactical responses to competitive activity in market.
- Support the local marketing leads to develop 360 Campaigns based on centrally developed campaign toolkits: including executions for media channels, retail presence, all digital owned assets, digital campaigns, external and internal comms.
- The role will collaborate with sales, commercial and communications teams to provide the most compelling propositions and enhance brand positioning in market.
- Consumer insight acumen, marketing skills and digital competencies are critical.
- Bring company and commercial initiatives to life both Internally to employees, but also externally to consumers and stakeholders.
- Define how to build and support B2B and B2C brands
- Collaborate with internal comms and PR to ensure and end to end story towards all stakeholders
- Be the strategic and professional coach for the marketing leads in market and equip them with the right skill development and support
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a team of 7 marketing leads and be the end responsible for the delivery of B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and execution
- Develop end to end B2C & B2B marketing executions across cross functional teams including Advertising, brand communications and digital execution to ensure efficient and effective customer journey.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure we have the right CVP, promotion and media pressure to achieve our business results
- Implement the consumer marketing activities through end-to-end campaigns in all available channels
- Demonstrate clear understanding of the Fixed/Mobile/ budget, objectives and commercial targets.
- Prepare and manage budget and allocation against commercial objectives and targets.
- Monitor competitive activity, providing feedback and pro-active suggestions to in-country Sales and Service teams as well as Commercial team.
- Collaborate with digital strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs.
- Drive post campaign implementation reviews to enable analysis of “lessons learnt” for future planning.
- Work with central and local advertising agency partners to develop and execute advertising in support of annual marketing plan.
- Work with Central Marketing Strategy team to execute campaign toolkits in a way that’s meaningful and relevant for local market.
- Develop annual sponsorship plan and execute E2E activations to support that strategy for B2B and B2C
- Collaborate with central B2B team to execute local campaigns & activations
- Support the internal and corporate communications strategy with on the ground execution of press releases and briefings
- Support the people team with communication materials for internal engagement campaigns
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelors' degree in Management, Marketing or other related field required; an advanced degree will be an asset.
- 7-10 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in Marketing. Experience in Public Relations, and/or Communications is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing and will be an asset
- Demonstrated experience in developing customer
- Engagement programs that contribute to positive brand perception
- Leadership skills and experience
