Role Summary

Oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations Samsung SDS in relation with External Business Companies. Ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily operations tasks and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods based on the Import and Export Key Indicators
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations on daily basis.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively between all Parties.
• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations based on Business requirement
• Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively
• Utilizing logistics processes to optimize shipping and transport procedures
• Supervise orders and arrange transportation of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports

Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• MS Office (Excel )
• fluent English
