Hours: 6.5 hours per day
Class: IV
Starting rate: $21.44
Administrative Professional and Paraprofessional Contract
Position Description: The High School Paraprofessional for Performing Arts reports to the Principal & the Performing Arts Staff and is responsible to those individuals for the proper interpretation and performance of the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Qualifications:
- Must have a HS diploma or GED and related administrative professional experience.
- Must have proven experience interacting positively with the public.
- Must have the ability to handle more than one project/task at a time while maintaining a positive professional demeanor despite numerous interruptions.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate, both verbal and written, in a clear concise professional manner.
- Must be computer proficient with general office productivity tools.
- Must be comfortable working with students, adults and staff in a collaborative and engaged environment.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must have Microsoft Excel experience.
- Must have some database experience.
