KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
- Fund Growth: Drive strategies to increase provident fund size and achieve business targets.
- Product Presentation: Prepare and present provident fund products and services to Fund Committees and members.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely updates on products and services.
- Marketing & Communication: Update provident fund materials and execute marketing processes effectively.
- Client Advisory: Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information on provident fund products and services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with Client Service team to submit required data to the SEC (e.g., fund setup, amendments).
- System Development Support: Provide input for designing and improving client service systems to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Digital Platform Enhancement: Support re-design initiatives for FundLink M Choice Online and Life Path Scheme.
- Event Coordination: Organize meetings, seminars, training sessions, and annual gatherings for Fund Committees and members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Investment, Registrar, Client Service, Branding, IT, and other teams to support client needs.
- Corporate Engagement: Participate in company events such as Mutual Fund, Provident Fund, and LTF/RMF booths.
- Proposal & Award Preparation: Compile provident fund information for RFPs, AOP, and SET Innovation Award submissions.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare special monthly client reports, update monthly budgets, and calculate referral fees for agents.
